License Agreements
By agreeing to a personal license agreement or commercial agreement with Dynasty Photography, the client acknowledges that all images or videos are copyrighted and legally owned by Dynasty Photography. Any breach of these terms will result in legal action to protect the rights and interests of Dynasty Photography.
Personal License Agreement
By choosing to purchase a personal license agreement with Dynasty Photography, you agree to the terms listed below:
1. The images or videos cannot be used for commercial purposes. This includes promotion, advertising, and resale.
2. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images or videos for personal use only.
3. You may reproduce the images or videos for personal use only, such as making prints for your own use, sharing them on social media, or using them as screensavers on your personal computer.
4. You may not transfer, sell, lease, sublicense, or loan any images or videos to any third party.
5. You may not edit, alter, or modify any images or videos without the written permission of Dynasty Photography.
6. Dynasty Photography retains the copyright to all images or videos.
Commercial Agreement:
By choosing to purchase a personal license agreement with Dynasty Photography, you agree to the terms listed below:
1. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the images or videos for the agreed-upon commercial purpose.
2. The images or videos can be reproduced or altered for commercial use as agreed upon in writing between Dynasty Photography and the client.
3. Dynasty Photography retains the copyright to all images or videos.
4. The client is not permitted to transfer, sell, lease, sublicense, or loan any images or videos to any third party without the written permission of Dynasty Photography.
5. The client is not permitted to use the images or videos for any purpose outside the agreed-upon commercial use without the written permission of Dynasty Photography.
6. The client agrees to provide proper attribution and credit to Dynasty Photography for any images or videos used for commercial purposes.
