Cancellation Policy

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy: Clients may cancel or reschedule up to 72 hours prior to the start time with a $50 non-refundable booking deposit. If canceled less than 72 hours before, the Photographer retains all monies paid, except under unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions. Image Delivery Policy: The Photographer delivers edited, high-resolution digital images within 3 business days after the event date. For large events, the Photographer provides detailed timelines and estimated delivery dates. Copyright and Ownership: The Photographer retains rights to use images for marketing and promotions, while clients have rights to print and share the images for personal use. Clients cannot sell or modify images without written consent. Agreement: By signing or electronically agreeing, clients accept the terms and conditions set forth in this policy.
