Cancellation Policy

Booking & Policies Retainer: $150 non-refundable retainer is required to reserve your event date. This deposit secures your time and is applied to your total balance. Remaining balance: due the day of the event Overtime: $350/hr (billed in 30-min increments) Travel: Complimentary within 25 miles of Laguna Niguel; $1/mi thereafter Permits/venue fees: Client responsibility Rescheduling: One complimentary reschedule (within 90 days, based on availability) Cancellations made 48+ hours before the event may be rescheduled once within 30 days. Cancellations within 48 hours, or no-shows, will result in a full loss of deposit and any pre-paid balance. Final edited images are delivered digitally within 72 hours. Optional add-ons like albums, prints, and video coverage are available for purchase post-session. By booking, you confirm agreement with Dynasty Photography's full booking policy, including non-refundable deposits, rescheduling restrictions, and media release for portfolio use unless otherwise requested.
