Cancellation Policy

To confirm your session, a $150 non-refundable retainer is required. The balance is due prior to the session. Reschedules require at least 72 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 72 hours will forfeit the retainer. No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable. Weather delays (e.g., rain for exteriors) may be rescheduled without penalty. Client must ensure the property is photo-ready — clean, staged, and accessible. Additional fees may apply for extended wait time or properties not prepared at the time of shoot. All images are delivered within 72 hours. Print products are available separately through your gallery.
